She has been steering Alexforbes Investments for just four months, and it has been an eventful stretch. Ann Leepile's first public engagement was when she and her team announced Alexforbes' new transformation policy.

The company announced that from 1 July 2025, it won't do business with asset managers that don't meet transformation requirements it has set in its new policy.
