VIDEO: Make a colourful statement

YOU WILL NEED

* Woodoc 30 Clear

* Woodoc Colours in Orange and Full Moon

* sandpaper (80- and 100-grit)

* cloth

* paintbrush

* steel wool

* mineral turpentine

STEPS

STEP 1

Use the sandpaper to lightly sand the cane surface.

STEP 2

Make sure the surface is dry and dust-free. 

STEP 3

Add the Woodoc Colours to the Woodoc 30 Clear and stir well.

STEP 4

Apply the first coat of the tinted Woodoc 30 to the cane until the surface remains glossy for 10 minutes. Allow it to dry completely. 

STEP 5

Sand lightly with steel wool. Remove the dust with a clean, dry cloth. Then wipe with mineral turpentine. Apply two more coats in the same way. Do not sand after the third coat.
