The weather might still be on and off like a bad celebrity relationship, but we can all rest assured that summer is here. And as if bras can't be more annoying, the heat can make wearing one an uncomfortable experience.
But you don't always need to sport one.
Although going braless to work might pose somewhat of a nightmare, a lot of women prefer to not wear a bra when they run errands, head out to lunch/dinner/the club or chill at home. And since it's now cool to wear your nightgown in public, it's about time that going braless is fashionable as much as it is beneficial to your health.
We're going to round up the heath benefits and the most fashionable items to try when you're ready to put the boob prisons to rest.

Why is going braless good for you?
Circulation, circulation, circulation
Have you ever wondered why your body just feels so relieved after you take your bra off?
That's because tight clothing - especially if you're not wearing the correctly sized bra in the first place - can cut off circulation and cause fatigue. The discomfort can affect the functioning of the brain, leading to memory loss and difficulty concentrating. When you limit how often you wear a bra, you're improving the blood circulation in your body.
It helps improve your breast strength
Many of us have been wearing bras since the first moment that our breast started showing, and our breasts have been used to the support ever since. The more that you wear bras, the less your bust is used to holding itself up. According to an in article in HuffPost, Jean-Denis Rouillon, a professor at the University of Franche-Comté, found that women who did not use bras benefited in the long term, developing more muscle tissue to provide natural support.
This, of course, depends on how long you've been wearing a bra and what your bust size is, as for some women with larger cup sizes, wearing a good bra reduces backaches.
You can use bra money for other things
It's plain and simple, the fewer bras you wear, the less money you spend on them, and the more money you'll have for other things. Like clothes!
