Born with albinism, creator Jennifer Renée has always struggled to find lashes to match her hair and skin tone. After conversing with women in her albinism beauty chat, she discovered a universal desire for lighter-coloured lashes.
Jennifer says one of the things that they realised in the beauty chat was that there were no blonde lashes, and so they wanted something that matched their hair colour better.
“We want to have the same options in beauty that everyone else has,” she says.
And so she launched Ivoree Beauty. Currently, the line has four lash colours: blonde, white, red, and black.

Ivoree Beauty also has lip gloss, a lash box set, and soon-to-be-released colour mascaras.
As a visually impaired artist, Jennifer Renée draws the packaging to display different types of women with albinism. “We don’t see any representation for women with albinism in the beauty industry,” the Ivoree Beauty founder says.
She hopes to expand her brand into a full line, not only for people with albinism.
