"I'm concerned about the job our office is being paid to do, not about the feelings of the person who has kept us from doing it. When my employees make a mistake, I want them to fix the problem as quickly as possible and move on. The last thing I or any other boss wants to hear is, 'Wahhh, I was just trying to be helpful, wahhh!'," she writes.
