Sandra Bullock has paid tribute to Betty White.
The veteran actor died on Friday, 31 December, just three weeks shy of her 100th birthday.
Tributes came pouring in for The Golden Girls star, including from her The Proposal costar, Sandra Bullock.
The Oscar-winner told People: "I don't drink vodka… but I will tonight, on ice, with a slice of lemon with a hot dog on the other side and just be okay being sad."
She added: "I'll have to buy some rose-coloured glasses because Betty was that for all of us."
In a recent interview, she described her close friend as a "loving, decent, optimistic, inclusive, hilarious human being" – the star did have a way with words, even poking fun at Sandra Bullock herself at the 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2010.
