What is it with musicians and these surprise album drops?
First Taylor gave us evermore, the "sister record" to folklore, without prior warning, and now Eminem has released a follow-up to his Music to Be Murdered By album.
The rapper announced the surprise release of Music to Be Murdered By - Side B, Deluxe Edition on Friday.
Although it came as a shock to many, Rolling Stone reports that some fans had started to suspect that another album was on the way.
The album was executive produced by Eminem and Dr. Dre and includes collaborations with Skylar Grey, Ty Dolla $ign and White Gold, the publication writes.
"Uncle Alfred heard you scream for more... enjoy Side B," Eminem wrote on Instagram.
The star dropped the first Music to Be Murdered By in January, also with no warning. The album's name and cover art are inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's one and only album released in 1958.
