Christmas time is one of celebration and family, with a multitude of traditions that go hand-in-hand with the annual holiday. While there are well-known traditions that go hand-in-hand with Christmas, there are some that are unique to South Africa. 

Burning passion for an Xmas Braai

What could be a more South African way to prepare the Christmas lunch, than with a braai? On top of that there are multiple dishes and methods that can be prepared to still convey the jolly spirit. Paired with a multiple salads and side-dishes, it would a Christmas braai that would be memorable.
