Andrea Emilova Ivanova (25) who is said to have the biggest lips in the world, has not been lucky in finding love despite spending almost £20 000 (R400 000) on 43 cosmetic procedures to enhance her looks.
She recently got new hyaluronic acid injections in her cheekbones in addition to her monthly hyaluronic acid injections to retain her "woman with the biggest lips' status.
Born and brought up in Burgas, Bulgaria, Andrea is a graduate student majoring in German philology and is an only child.
She has always been eccentric and loved different appearances. "I don't like boring, ordinary appearances, and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties. Natural beauty is boring to me, so I decided to change my appearance radically," says Andrea.
"I wanted to see myself with a drastic before and after look, and I still have a lot of changes ahead of me as I haven't finished changing yet."

She is still unsatisfied with the size of her lips and wants to get them even bigger.
Her other focus is to find 'the one' because she is struggling to meet men who are genuinely interested in her. "I am a girl with a different and an extravagant appearance, and this is strange for many men. Of course, there are many men who like me very much, but there are also those who do not like me. They think that I am strange and crazy," she says.
"Many men write me private messages on social networks and offer me dates, money, and trips to their countries, which is great. It makes me happy that there are people who like me and want my company and attention. However, I will be happier to meet the love of my life, but I don't know when it will happen."

Andrea wants to go on the reality TV show 'The One'. "I don't know if he will like girls like me with artificial beauty," she says. "He may turn out to be a connoisseur of natural beauty, and that's okay as everyone likes different things. But I am keen to surprise him with my good and kind behaviour and my good manners."
Andrea's love life hasn't been a smooth road, and she has suffered her share of heartbreaks. "So far, I have had more and more disappointing love stories and dramas," she says.
"Especially in my teenage years when I was abandoned by two of my ex-boyfriends. It is difficult for a person to find their soulmate, especially when they are different like me."

She reportedly receives many marriage proposals from men all around the world, but she remains unfazed. "Almost every day, I get online private messages from different men proposing to me. This makes me very happy because I feel that there are people out there who are like me."
Andrea's dedication to being the most enhanced person is unmatched, and her recent procedures are proof of it. "I recently had four new procedures on my cheekbones.
"I did these procedures on different days of the month... I get a new hyaluronic acid injection in my lips every month, of course."
It's like a ritual for her. "I have new cheekbone augmentation injections scheduled again soon. I continue with the enlargement of the cheekbones as I want to achieve that 'wow effect' with them, and I want them to be as huge as my lips. I also continue with my lip augmentation because I want to have even bigger lips," she says.
"My current lips look really small, according to me, and I want to have much bigger lips than what I have now."
