Sex is not all about getting an orgasm, but about pleasure during the intimate act. However, it can be worrying when never reaching climax, which releases feel-good hormones such as oxytocin, dopamine, endorphins and serotonin into the bloodstream, making you feel happier, calmer, and less stressed.

Orgasms are linked to improved sleep too. It isn't exactly clear how orgasms induce sleepiness, but many people feel more relaxed and ready for bed after climax. The relaxing post-orgasm hormones circulating through your body after orgasm may play a role."
