There are always going to be times in our lives when those of us who engage in sexual activity will have to go without having sex for a long time. It is a trying reality, but it is inevitable for all of us, regardless of its reasoning. 

Knowing how your body and mind respond to the lack of sexual activity helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself as a sexual being.
