The morning of your wedding day is probably the most stressful day throughout the entire wedding planning process. This is because there is so much to do and you don't want to forget anything.

This includes taking photos with your bridesmaids, getting hair and makeup done, as well as getting into your dream dress before walking down the aisle. This wedding planner has shared some tips for brides on their special day, including not wearing a bra.

Owner of wedding planning business Day by Drachenberg, Julia, took to TikTok to share a couple of tips for brides about to walk down the aisle on the morning of their big day in a video that has reached over 1 million likes on the platform. She begins the video by saying, "Brides, the morning of your wedding, let's talk about it." Then she continues to list the rules she says brides should follow.

1. No bra - "Because you're gonna get changed into your dress and want to take your dress photos, you'll have bra lines all over your back."

2. No hair ties or watches - "Don't put hair ties (scrunchies etc.) on your wrist because again you're gonna have a line on your wrist or worst, you're gonna have it on the whole day, and then in every photo of you, you're wearing a hair tie on your arm."

3. Steam early - "Steam your dress the night before because it has a lot of layers, and there is not enough time for that in the morning. You can do touch-ups in the morning but make sure you steam it the night before."

4. Nothing overhead - "Those cute silk robes you're wearing with your bridal party, make sure they have buttons or a belt to cover, so you don't have to pull it over your freshly done hair and makeup because it will smudge."

5. No socks - "I get it, you have cold feet but wear slippers. Socks make lines; lines look ugly when you've put on your shoes in photos."

6. Breathe - "Take a few minutes, it's a big day, and there's a lot going on. Take a couple of minutes alone and look at yourself in the mirror in your dress and just smile."

This video inspired other users to jump on the comment section to add other tips the planner may have forgotten, with one saying, "I would also like to add - Steam your robe and cute pyjamas. I didn't, and I regret it." Another added that these were things she never thought of, "These are the littlest things that I didn't even think about. Thank you so much." Another commented on the fourth rule, saying, "We had to cut my best friend out of her shirt because her hair and makeup was $480 (R8 751)."
