WATCH | Dog chained up for a year discovers joy

Follow Harvey in the GeoBeats video as he finally finds joy with a loving family after being chained up in backyard for at least a year. He ended up in a shelter, from where he was adopted by a couple who is helping him with his anxiety and lets him do all the outdoorsy doggy things. He even has a younger brother to play with. He now knows that he will never be abandoned again.
