Coincidentally, the invite came into my inbox just as a friend and I planned a day trip to the resort and entertainment destination with our children. So, what better way to plan the excursion than by refamiliarising myself with the holiday destination and checking out some places that would feature on our itinerary on an exclusive and first-hand basis while squeezing in some alone time before the current Easter school holidays?
