Non-profit organisation, JBay Animal Rescue Sanctuary, which sterilises at least 80 animals each month in the Kouga region, is located in the Ocean View township in Jeffreys Bay. The organisation is looking for forever homes for four of their cats.

The organisation focuses on educating pet owners by providing information about tick and flea control, mange, diet and inoculations.

They have weekly outreaches at their clinic, and visit outlying areas once a week.

The organisation also helps pet owners gain access to dog food, and pick up stray animals which they keep at their clinic until they can find permanent homes.

Manager, Cindy Muller, said that a beautiful little cat was recently found in the parking lot by the toilets, opposite Checkers in Jeffreys Bay which they have named Milo.

She said that the cat was previously owned by vagrants and is now up for adoption.

“Please consider giving this gorgeous, easy to please, little girl a loving and safe home where she doesn’t have to hide in the cold shrubs and sleep in the rain anymore,” said Muller.

She said that the cat is about four months old and exceptionally friendly, loving, and loves to play with toys.

Muller said that they have three additional cats, female kittens, Patches and Girlie and an adult cat, Leo, waiting to be adopted.

For more information, or to visit their clinic, contact Cindy Muller on 083 320 4173, email jbayanimals@gmail.com or visit the JBay Animal Rescue Sanctuary on www.Jbayanimalsanctuary.co.za.
