The reigning Miss Goldfields Supermodel 2023, Boitumelo Goniwe, who auditioned with 200 models from all over the Free State, was chosen for the top 20 who will be part of a fashion show on 6 October at Lemo Mall in Bloemfontein.

Boitumelo, who is a learner at the Hentie Cilliers High School in Virginia, and Lebohang Sehlabaka from Kutloanong in Odendaalsrus, recently attended the Lemo Fest Qoai Fashion Show auditions held in Bloemfontein.

Lebohang, who is a learner at the Dunamis Christian School in Welkom, only made it to the top 40 at the auditions, and she did not make it to the final cut for the main show. Lebohang was the youngest model at the auditions and says she is happy with the experience she gained there.

She now has her eye on the Miss Welkom 2023 title, for which the competition will take place on 30 September at the St Andrews Toronto Centre in Welkom. She is a finalist.

Both Boitumelo and Lebohang are coached and managed by a nationally well-known entertainment personality and businessman, DJ Taaibos.

Taaibos hails from Vergenoeg, a suburb in Bronville.

Both of these young models are signed with Taaibos’ internationally award nominated agency, Belladiosa Talent & Sports Agency.
