If the composition of the JSC is analysed, it is loaded in favour of politicians. Maybe it's time for a rethink of the body's formation, writes Serjeant at the Bar.

It is indeed disconcerting that members of the judiciary are in the media for all the wrong reasons.

The two judges, the Hlophes, are seldom out of the press but they are not the only ones.
