The trial of two men and a woman accused of human trafficking in the form of recruiting drug-addicted girls and women for sex work on Cape Town's Koeberg Road resumed at the Western Cape High Court on Monday.
Edward Tambe Ayuk, his brother Yannick Agbor Ayuk and Leandra Williams have pleaded not guilty to charges that include benefiting from the proceeds of prostitution, assault with grievous bodily harm, trafficking, debt bondage and rape.
On the witness stand on Monday was Michael "Monday" Okoye, who was questioned on allegations made by a sex worker who had testified that she worked for him as a sex worker too.
