Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag wants even more from Antony dos Santos after he answered his critics in the 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest.

The former Ajax winger has come under scrutiny for his output since his £82 million summer move from the Dutch club and Ten Hag was forced to defend him in the build-up to the clash at the City Ground.

The win leaves United three points clear of fourth-placed Newcastle after 30 games, and six clear of Tottenham, in fifth.

Forest remain in the bottom three and in danger of returning to the Championship after just one season in the English top flight.
