Annelie is upset when she sees Pieter and Kim together, Zinzi wants to create World Cup packages for Hillside Travel and Rick and Emma watch a movie that visibly upsets Rick.

Will Herman and Felicity make peace over the tracksuits?

Ryno and Marcelle complain about one another to other people, Emma wonders if she can expose Thinus to Rick’s moods and Bonita hears about a competition for flower arrangements.

Hilda is sad when she hears she won’t be able to afford World Cup tickets for Oubaas, Ryno feels guilty after complaining about  Marcelle and Herman hears that Rick’s wife was a well known singer who had an extra-marital affair.

Bonita doesn’t have the courage to face the competition, Kim is upset when Pieter doesn’t want to go out the night and Emma gets a phone call from Dawid.

Ryno makes the wrong assumptions about Altus and Marcelle, Hilda gets an idea when she hears that Kabelo can sing and Annelie and Pieter  get stuck with one another during a power failure.

22 - 26 Aug

Sanjay wants to interview Marcelle about Ryno's new book, Dawid sees Xander about his parental rights and Emma realises she must give in.

Dawid takes Thinus out on a day trip but gets back much earlier than planned, Hilda is on a roll regarding the organisation of Kabelo’s concert and Matrone also decides to start making World Cup plans.

Matrone gets an idea when Errol talks about a bingo evening, Ryno invites Marcelle to go with him to a book launch and Paula decides that Ryno needs a makeover.

Rick sees Emma and Dawid together and follows them, Hilda jumps to get everything finished for Kabelo’s concert and Rick tackles Dawid in public.

Kabelo’s voice is gone, Vince asks Bonita to do flowers for the deli and Marcelle apologises to Ryno..

San-Mari convinces Annelie to talk to Pieter, Bruynwaves is shocked when Matrone asks them to help her and Ryno and Marcelle have their first positive meeting.
