The white shirt

Crisp as a pakkie Lays, the white shirt is a workwear non-negotiable. Try to steer clear of what I call "the corporate zombie look". You know the one, that pencil skirt/white shirt/fitted jacket/court shoes vibe. A big no-no in my book. Rather switch it up and wear a white shirt with a high-waisted charcoal or blue pair of jeans, colourful block heels and add a neckscarf or choker.

The classic combo

Black and white pairings are like ice cream on a hot summer's day - necessary for life! Always have good quality white tees as it go with everything. They also make for great fall-backs on days when hitting the snooze button twice seems mandatory.
