She made a name for herself hitting high notes, but Ariana Grande is also known for her signature cat eyeliner, long lashes and high ponytail.
These days, however, the singer has been sporting a lot less makeup.
"I feel like my relationship with beauty has changed so much over the years especially because I started so young being exposed to so many voices, especially when people have things to say about your appearance, it’s really hard to know what’s worth hearing,” she says.

The 30-year-old began singing and acting when she was just a little girl. She got her first big break playing Annie in the musical of the same name when she was eight, wearing blush for the part of the adorable orphan.
At 14 she played Charlotte the cheerleader in the Broadway musical 13, and began wearing makeup more often.
Later, when she branched out into singing, she made a point of having a different look for each song and video.
“It’s such an important part of being an artist and of storytelling,” she said about makeup in a previous interview.

“I want to see my well-earned cry lines and smile lines. I hope that my smile lines get deeper and deeper when I laugh more and more, and I just think that aging can be such a beautiful thing,” she told Vogue.
Although she's embraced a more natural look, Ariana, who owns cosmetic brand R.E.M Beauty, hasn't sworn off cosmetic procedures forever.
“Now, might I get a facelift in 10 years? I might, yeah," she says.
