Aquaman star Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet have officially parted ways as a married couple.
On Tuesday this week, the day after they filed papers in court, their divorce was finalised. The quick dissolution of their marriage has been attributed to the actors having worked out and agreed on the terms of their split ahead of filing court papers.
Jason (44) and Lisa (56) publicly announced their separation in 2022, but in court papers said they had been separated since 2020.
In their Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) filed in court, it says that “they each are fully satisfied with the disclosures provided and they are sufficiently knowledgeable about the terms of the MSA, the value of the assets divided between them and the incomes of each of them".
The former couple were married in 2017 and have two children together, daughter Lola (16) and son Nakoa-Wolf (15).
Lisa also shares a daughter, actress Zoë Kravitz (35), with her ex-husband, Lenny Kravitz.
Lisa and Jason will share joint custody of their children, with equal responsibilities for their living expenses, healthcare, education and welfare, according to the court papers.
If one parent is travelling with either or both of their children, “that party shall be responsible for the children’s expenses for such trips".
The exes have agreed to not ask each other for any spousal support.
