Amanda Bynes is sporting a brand new look, including a platinum blonde 'do and she's dished on going under the knife for a blepharoplasty – better known as an eye lift.
The procedure, described by Vogue magazine as "America's second-most popular plastic surgery" removes excess skin around the eyelids.
"I was never open about this before, but I actually had blepharoplasty surgery on the skin folds and the corner of my eyes," the troubled former child star told her followers on TikTok.
