Ingredients
- 4 - pork chops
- 30ml - chicken spice
- 15ml - olive oil
- 100ml - lemon juice
- 45 ml - honey
- 15ml - dried chilli flakes
- 2 - cloves garlic, minced
Method
1 Season the pork chops with the chicken spice.
2 Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the pork chops. Fry until browned on both sides, then remove and set aside.
3 To the same pan, add the lemon juice, honey, chilli flakes and garlic. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced, then return the pork chops to the pan.
4 Cook for 4-6 minutes. Garnish as desired, then serve.
