At 73 years old, she looks and moves like someone a third her age.

Not surprisingly, Keiko Guest from Atlanta, Georgia in the US has built up quite a following on social media where she shares videos of herself doing aerial yoga or fun dance challenges.

"People tell me I look great for my age," she says.

Keiko rose to fame in 2021 after a TikTok video of her taking on the Walking In Heels Challenge went viral. Today she has more than 500 000 followers on TikTok and 17 700 followers on Instagram who watch her every move.

Her flexibility is not the only thing that has her followers commenting. People can't stop talking about her fashion choices. From body-hugging dresses to mini-skirts and crop tops, Keiko loves wearing skimpy clothes.

“I show off my body not to be vain but because I feel good and work really hard,” she tells The Mirror.

Keiko, a dance teacher, started working out in her 30s and alternates between a few hours of gymnastics, dancing, ballet, and weight-training every week.

She puts her youthful glow down to healthy living.

“I drank and smoked when I was young. But I follow a diet similar to vegan recipes,” she says.

“I mostly try to have something raw [food] every day. I think it's mostly about moderation.”

While she credits her age-defying looks and flexibility to her lifestyle, she admits to having had some work done to her face to combat aging.

“I did have a face lift at 50 and I also take advantage of modern options such as Botox and fillers every few years,” she says.

While the majority of her social videos are met with positivity, she gets a lot of backlash but Keiko refuses to look and dress her age.

“Unfortunately, I have gotten a lot of hate from people who have a need to express their disapproval of me. I attribute it to jealousy and ageism," she says.
