Being born before you’re ready can be tough. You’re just a teeny, tiny body covered in tubes, while doctors and nurses hover over you. You also have to wait until you’re strong enough to go home with Mommy and Daddy.

But just because you’re in hospital doesn’t mean you can’t share in some of the fun at Halloween too. It’s also good for the parents – a little light in a world often clouded by worry and uncertainty. 

The pictures that have emerged from this dress-up extravaganza are enough to tug at the strings of the toughest heart.
