She didn’t know she was pregnant but when she found out, she was overjoyed – it was a blessing she never expected, a little miracle that took her completely by surprise.

Beatrice Willemse and her fiancé, Gianno Triskey, were going to be parents again and their one-year-old daughter, Arthrunique, was going to be a big sister. When the baby was big enough, they decided, they would get married and both kids would be part of the wedding party.

But instead of nesting with her family and making plans for the future, Beatrice is battling to come to terms with devastating loss.
