Meet the woman who’s a dead ringer for Princess Diana

After recreating Princess Diana’s iconic ’80s blonde bob, this TikToker went viral for looking a lot like the late royal.

Rose Van Rijn from the Netherlands recently took to the social media platform to share her simple hair tutorial, in which she shows how to perfectly recreate the Princess of Wales’ iconic 1980s hairdo.

“The tutorial you all have been waiting for,” Rose captioned her post.

In the video, which has already garnered 10,2 million views, Rose uses an air styler to add volume to her short hair to create Diana’s signature look.

“I think it's such a beautiful and sophisticated haircut,” Rose told the Insider about her look.

“After I washed my hair, I let it air dry for a bit. Then, I put in some heat-protecting spray and curled the layers with a blow-dry brush.”

Followers soon commented on her striking resemblance to the People’s Princess.

“It’s ridiculous how much you look like her, wow,” one user commented.

“If Charles ever saw you, I’m pretty sure he would have flashbacks,” another said.

Rose, who has more than half a million followers, says she’s flattered to be compared to the royal.

“She still inspires so many people to this day with her iconic sense of style and fashion,” she told Allure.

“Diana is long gone but I hope to carry on her legacy, even if it's just a bit by wearing her hairstyle again and showing it to other people on the internet.”

This is not the first time Rose has recreated some iconic looks.

She has previously honoured Australian singer Olivia Newton-John and Abba band member Agnetha Fältskog in her videos.

In a recent video, Rose said Olivia noticed her video and commented “beautiful”, something the fashionista was thrilled about.

“Bless her heart,” Rose said about the comment.
