Golden Globes 2016: best and worst dressed
Best: Laverne Cox was our absolute favourite of the night!
Best: As always Jennifer Lopez slayed in a thigh-high slit. The cape dress is 2016's hottest trend for sure.
Best: Fashion girl Olivia Palermo slayed in Delpozo.
Worst: Kate Hudson disappointed us this time in this bland '80s throwback.
Okay: Gina Rodriguez looked great in a classic navy gown - we love the pockets, but hate the way it fits around her chest.
Best: Amy Adams kept it simple in a figure-hugging tangelo gown with beaded detailing.
Worst: Leslie Mann's pale pink gown looks ill-fitting in the chest and fails to impress overall.
Best: Taraji P. Henson kept it cool in crisp white.
Best: Girl needs to work on her posing game, but luckily Kate Bosworth's strapless, pink sequin Dolce & Gabbana gown was a winner.
Best: Lady Gaga looks absolutely gorgeous in this old Hollywood style dress. The pockets really modernise the look and it fits her like a glove!
Best: Love her, love the dress! Melissa McCarthy's metallic gown is beyond flattering - girl's got style.
Worst: Jane Fonda usually opts for plain and simple. We have no idea why she chose this ruffled mess?!
Best: Jenna Dewan Tatum dropped jaws last night in this one.
The Smiths! On point as always.
Best: Lily James almost looks angelic in this draped white gown. So pretty.
Worst: No! Maggie Gyllenhaal's dress ages her about 10 years.
Best: Peplum is sooo 2014 yet Malin Akerman still pulls it off with this powder blue number.
Best: Brie Larson's metallic dress was simple sophistication at its best.
Okay: We love the dark berry lip and nail paired with this soft, elegant gown worn by Amanda Peet. Yet, we feel she could have chosen a sleeker design.
Best: This Marchesa dress could only work on you, Zendaya.
Best: Kirsten Dunst kills it in black.
Corinne Foxx, Jamie Foxx's daughter, was Miss Golden Globe for the night.
Best: She just had a baby! We all know that Olivia Wilde loves a plunging neckline - and boy can she pull it off!
Best: Viola Davis's Marchesa dress is powerful, sexy and chic all at once.
Best: America Ferrera looks stunning in this simple canary dress.
Best: Eva Longoria was an absolute vision in this white gown with floral detail.
Best: The detailing on Melissa Benoist's dress is straight out of a fairy tale.
Best: We absolutely loved Eva Green's golden glam look.
Worst: Maura Tierney opted for a plain and simple ensemble which left us very much uninspired.
Best: Emmy Rossum red is your new best friend.
Worst: Regina King, why the cape?
Best: Alicia Vikander, in Louis Vuitton, opted for the kind of dress that would work both at an awards show and a picnic in the country. Lovely.
Best: Wow, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, you looked supermodel stunning in this gold gown.
Worst: Katy Perry looked nothing like her normal self in this pink gown. And the retro hair? Not her greatest red carpet moment.
Best: Does Angela Bassett EVER age?
Best: Jennifer Lawrence was a vision in Dior.
Best: That colour is incredible on you, Michaela Watkins.
Worst: Giuliana Rancic, I just don't get those sleeves.
Best: Judith Light keeps it classic and cool.
Best: Emerald is your colour Jaimie Alexander.
Worst: Too much loose fabric, Saoirse Ronan.
Best: We absolutely love Cate Blanchett's '20s Givenchy gown.
Best: Julia Louise Dreyfuss does the sexy black lace thing oh so well.
Best: Rooney Mara loves a good nude dress.
Worst: Rachel McAdams's floral printed dress is outdated.
Best: Julianne Moore, elegant as always in Tom Ford.
