Meghan Markle's facialist, Nicola Joss revealed to Vogue.com that she uses reflexology and pressure points to achieve optimal results for her clients. She even wears rubber cloves during facials as she tends to massage even inside the mouth with her "signature deep massage movements."

This technique adds bounce and restores radiance to the skin, adds Nicola.
