The Baths, Western Cape
Located in Citrusdal in the Western Cape, The Baths is a hidden gem. It's centred around the hot springs that provide the pool and spa baths with lovely warm bath temperatures. And for a province that is currently in a drought this is probably the only place you'll get to have a bath for a long time.
They offer hiking trails and rock pools that are also fed from the natural hot springs. Cellphone reception is limited so if you're looking for a getaway where you need to unplug, this is ideal.
The Olsen house units are ideal for honeymooners as they have private jacuzzi baths and great double walk in showers.

Old Mac Daddy, Western Cape
The Old Mac Daddy trailer park is such a fun place to spend a couple of days. Not too far out of Cape Town, you'll find much to keep you occupied here. From zorbing to archery, mountain biking and sun bathing by the lake, you're guaranteed to have a good time.
Each American Airstream Caravan is individually decorated. A popular one is Give Bees A Chance. It's one of the slightly larger ones and is close by the pool and the restaurant.

The Garden Route in general is a great holiday destination. So, of course, it has so much to offer when it comes to honeymoons. Tsitsikamma Lodge and Spa is set against the foothills of the Tsitsikamma Mountain range and is sheltered by the forest fringe.

If you're looking for whimsical romance then what's better than staying in a treehouse? The Romantic Treehouse is cute and cosy and a favourite amongst homeymooners. It comes with a leafy canopy to provide some privacy as well as a fireplace for the cold winter months and a luxury jacuzzi bath for relaxing.

Mountain Mala Game Lodge, North West
North West Province is probably best known for all its beautiful game reserves and is where you can find some of the most beautiful and wild parts of our country.
