A bridezilla’s wedding was cancelled after her groom-to-be heard about her cruel response to the news that her sister’s had a miscarriage.

The story is related by the bride’s wedding planner on the website Not Always Right.

The planner first describes the bride’s reaction when she heard her sister was expecting, The Sun reports.

“I end up being the wedding planner of a bridezilla. The bride’s sister – and bridesmaid – gets pregnant,” the wedding organiser explains.

“The bridezilla informs her that her pregnancy is inconvenient and throws a fit at her poor timing because the dress will have to be altered to handle the pregnancy.”

The bride’s sister explained she and her partner had been trying for three years to have a baby – but the bride-to-be shut her down heartlessly, Daily Mail reports.

“Well, then, I guess you can’t be in my wedding, because I don’t want to deal with the problems your pregnancy will cause,” the bridezilla allegedly said.

The story then skips forward to a few months later when the bride’s mother received a call.

“Who was that?” the bride allegedly asked.

“Your sister . . . She lost the baby,” her mother replied.

Instead of being empathetic about her sister’s heartbreak over the miscarriage the would-be bride replied coldly, “Oh. Well, I guess she can be in my wedding then since she’s not pregnant anymore,” Daily Mail reports.

The mother – who, the planner says, had clearly been crying – then angrily said she’d no longer pay for the wedding.

The next day the groom, who’d heard what had happened, cancelled the nuptials altogether.
