DJ Black Coffee won’t be judging Miss SA 2014, but who should?

According to Channel24, Black Coffee gave up his judging duties after discovering his relation to one of the contestants. Apparently, Tidimalo Sehlako, who is a top 33 semi-finalist, is his wife’s half sister.

But, who will take his place?

We’re not so sure he was the right person for the job in the first place, but, hey, who am I to say who should judge? See what I did there?

The two remaining judges are radio and TV personality Anele Mdoda, who is judging for the second time, and Glamour magazine editor Pnina Fenster.

And the show is being presented by Elana Afrika Bredenkamp.

SA’s very own Queen B has taken over SA television (seriously you can’t change the channel without seeing her), radio, is a Revlon ambassador and is now a lingerie designer for Woolworths. Being a Miss SA judge would really just round off her very long CV quite nicely.

Radio DJ and MC Poppy Ntshongwana’s bubbly personality would be a great addition to the judging panel, and she’d get to reunite with her former 5fm DJ buddy, Anele. And her keen fashion sense (she won the 2010 SA Style Award for Most Innovative Style) would be an asset.

But who would be the best person to take over? What do you think?
