Forbes has released the list of the top paid women in music and although she hasn't released any music this year, Rihanna is in the top 10 of the list reigning at lucky number seven. The first on this year's list is Katy Perry, followed by Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and Pink.
According to Forbes.com, "unlike most of the musicians on our list, Rihanna isn't making her millions on tour. Instead, the multi-hyphenate is cashing in on Fenty Beauty and Savage Lingerie. And though she hasn't been on tour since 2016, Rihanna stays in the public eye with starring roles in films like Ocean's 8."
We're happy to see Rihanna still killing it on the top women in music list, and even though she's still holding back music that we know would be on high rotation on our playlists, she has given us so much to be grateful for this year.
Fenty Beauty
Rihanna has been busy this year with her makeup line, Fenty Beauty. From the perfect shade of black lipstick to a highlight palette for the gods, Rihanna has released a range of makeup products that we keep gushing over despite the fact that it's not yet available in South Africa.
