WATCH: all the Oscars magic wrapped up in just a few seconds

It's the most wonderful night of the year!

No, not Christmas. Well, it might as well be Christmas for actors. Except not everyone gets a present and you're less likely to get a present if your movie was hugely successful or featured people of colour (don't hate me, it's true).

The team over at Channel24 felt this year's show was quite boring compared to previous years. And while I don't necessarily agree, I get their point. No Best Picture debacle and all. 

Anyway, there were still some awesome moments from the show and the red carpet, and they're GIFable AF.
