JJ bluffs his way through his meeting with Kyle, assuring he wants to start dealing drugs again. Paige alerts Jennifer that her son may be hanging out with the wrong crowd. Kayla consoles Abigail about her anxiety over her baby's paternity.
Stefano encourages Chad not to give up on Abigail. Eric sees Nicole's ring and gets the bittersweet news of her and Daniel's engagement. Serena tries to get information out of Brady, but he shuts her down.
Serena questions Nicole’s motive in offering to drop the exposé on her if she leaves town. Eric seeks out Father Louis and wants to speak with him in confession. Chad tries to confess his true feelings to Abigail but she lays into him before he gets a chance. Jennifer continues to try talking JJ out of going undercover.
Having bugged the confessional, Serena listens in as Eric admits to Father Louis that he and Nicole were intimate. As Eric tells Nicole he will keep their secret, Serena arrives at Daniel’s with the incriminating recording. In Sonny’s office, Paige comes upon JJ with his shirt off, and the sexual tension is high.
Will suggests Paul go out with him and Sonny tonight, and he should bring a friend. Derrick arrives, and Paul asks him to join them tonight.
Kayla reminds Abigail she’ll be able to run the paternity test. Abigail worries about the ramifications if the answer is Chad. Clyde stays busy on the Abigail front, having a man follow the lab tech who will perform the paternity test. Serena tells Daniel that Nicole and Eric slept together.
Brady and Theresa need a new nanny now that she has managed to get the old one fired.
Daniel questions Nicole about the night Xander terrorized her and Eric. Nicole offers her explanation of why it nearly happened and lays all her cards on the table. Will urges Abigail to hear Chad out, especially before she learns who the father of her baby is. Despite Theresa’s attempt to control the hiring of the new nanny, Brady finds the perfect candidate.
