Nicole fears Daniel is done with her. Jennifer lays into JJ about his undercover work and how he’s doing it for the wrong reasons. At Will’s, Chad tries his best to tell Abigail how he feels about her. Will, Sonny, Paul, and Derrick head to Edge of the Square for a night on the town but the night takes an unpleasant turn.
Abigail listens as Chad pours his heart out to her, and for a moment, it looks like she and Chad will kiss. Abigail goes home and Ben sort of proposes – but tells Abigail she doesn’t have to make her mind up yet.Paul, Derrick, Will, and Sonny encounter some homophobes at the bar. Paul gets into a fight with one of them after Derrick is punched.
Kate and Justin bond over work, and he urges her to be careful with Clyde. Nicole is surprised when Chloe shows up at Daniel’s unannounced.
Daniel stuns Serena when he reveals he forgave Nicole. With Anne’s help, Theresa comes up with a new mysterious plan to stay at the mansion. Jennifer is upset when Maggie informs her a developer is forcing the Horton Center to close.After training with Roman and Agent Watts, JJ can’t help but make clear he’s impatient to put Kyle behind bars.
JJ runs into Rory, who blasts him for letting Paige ruin his life. JJ later uses his key to get back into Kyle’s place. Theresa pulls off her lie about breaking her ankle. Daniel breaks up the Chloe and Nicole catfight. He speaks to Chloe in private and defends Nicole. Xander meets up with Victor, who informs him all his operations have been taken over.
Xander is going to pay the price for betraying Victor.Abigail is torn, knowing the day has finally arrived for the paternity test to be performed. Unaware that JJ is hiding in the apartment, Paige and Kyle settle onto the couch. Theresa keeps up the act with her broken ankle, but Maggie and Brady still harbor doubts. Victor puts his plans for Xander into motion.
