This is the oldest horse race event in South Africa and it takes place on the first weekend of the year at Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town. This year marked its 158th edition.
With it's strictly elegant blue and white dress code - celebrities, socialites and guests dressed in their best regalia, displaying their spectacular interpretations of the theme.
Some stars in attendance included actress Enhle Mbali Maphumulo, Nomzamo Mbatha, and Miss SA Tamaryn Green among others. Let's just say Philip Treacy-esque fascinators, hats, and bows were the order of the weekend.
