A few weeks ago I read an article on Manrepeller on how to attempt the act of wearing neon, upon neon, upon neon. Deceptively complex at first perhaps, the very idea of wearing 80s and 90s brights and coming to terms with its retro appeal came easily to me.

Well, just look at this ensemble of brights, metallics, and neon a la Kardashian/Jenner power clan:

Kim wore a Yeezy pink neon dress, Kourtney a La Perla pink neon mini, and Kylie a magenta number by Peter Dundas and later changed into a sea of sparkles by La Bourjoisie, according to Fashionista.com.
Not only are these women making a case for neons, and brights, they are actually making me, a Capetonian, very keen to dress up to the nine. (Something we almost never do!)
