If I consider the contents of my handbag today, it is but a stark contrast.
But this week I got a small basket bag from MRP (R149.95), and it's already increased my serotonin levels for a bevy of reasons
a) my wallet, smartphone, keys and lipgloss (yay for the 90s revival!) fit perfectly
b) no more can fit in, therefore no scratching around
c) I am forced to embrace minimalism (which I've never really tried, because I thought I'd probably fail).
But across the globe, and surely you've seen some at your local Zara, we have seen a surge in minimalist bagging, so to speak.
Tiny handbags are not only cute, they're a way of life.
