This woman has mad style. When I saw this picture of her I was mesmerised. I love a black dress, but have never tried a textured one. Looking at the ruffled frock worn by Yoliswa on Instagram, I was inspired to find a winter LBD that's not so 'little', that speaks for itself beyond its black hue.

This Zara pleated dress spoke to me immediately. At R499 I think it's a very versatile dress at a good price. It's a button-down so you can easy show more cleavage or more leg, however the mood strikes. I would even wear this with white sneakers for a cheeky bit of juxtaposition. You can also strap a belt bag to the waist to cinch it.

This woman really makes fashion fun. And the Instagram fam seems to be into bike shorts. Yes, it's going to be a thing, guys. I'm not sure about it yet, but paired with an oversized top and some metallic accessories it could certainly be a new way to show some leg in winter.

I tried this look with heels, otherwise I feel like I would've looked like I was off to aerobics. I think adding some bling and Solange-inspired wet look eye-makeup could elevate this look to new heights.

This is a combo I never would've tried. Pastel pants and a white blouse. I just don't really do such pastels. But the look is so dreamy on her that I gave it a go.

These Zara track pants, R439, are now on my WANT list. I think they look pretty good, hey?
I paired them with heels again as I think the outfit needed the oomph.
