According to Trulia, the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home measures over 1114 square metres and is 100 years old.

The estate is located on a elevated two-acre site surrounded by 203 feet of water in the form of Georgica Pond. Plus there’s a 6.87 hectares of land in the meadow preserve next door.

Nicknamed The Pond House, according to 6sqft, the property sat on the market for 8 long years before Bey and Jay decided to scoop it up.

Business Insider says this comes just two months after the pair bought a 7432 square metre hillside estate in Los Angeles for $88 million (R1,17 billion)

But that’s probably nothing for Forbes’ highest paid celebrity couple who have a combined fortune of $1.16 billion (R154.8 billion).

The home was originally designed by architect Stanford White and built a century ago, but the home has recently been renovated and the design was overseen by builder Jeffrey Collé.
