According to an infographic featured on Fin24, Camps Bay in Cape Town and Sandhurst in Joburg are the two most exclusive suburbs in South Africa.
The information was taken from the South Africa 2016 Wealth Report by New World Wealth, which ranked the towns and suburbs by the number of homes valued over R20 million.
But what do the homes of South Africa’s richest people actually look like? From Constantia to Houghton, we give you a few examples.
Cape Town
1. Camps Bay
This 10 bedroom home in Camps Bay is up for a cool R68 million and is actually 2 separate villas being sold as one property. All the bedrooms are en-suite and look like they belong in a hotel.
