If you were given the opportunity to travel for free for six months, what would you give up for it?

According to Timeslive.co.za, Netflix, booze, coffee and sex are some of the things that millennials are willing to give up if they were offered the chance to travel for six months for free. The findings are based on a survey compiled by Contiki, which found that 80% of millennials would give up Netflix and 73% would give up alcohol for a chance to travel the world for free.

The results are as below, with Netflix, alcohol and coffee leading as the things millennials are willing to give up to have the trip of a lifetime: 

If you're like us, you probably have a whole list of things you would give up to go travel for free, so it isn't surprising that millennials are willing to forfeit some of their favourite things to explore. In fact, according to Shelby Lorman, millennials are reportedly traveling more today compared to a few decades ago because "many young people know that buying a house someday is out of the question, so they’re choosing to live in the moment and spend their money on travel instead." 

If you're not buying a house anytime soon, dear millennial, and if nothing - other than a bank balance that doesn't want to cooperate with your dreams - is holding you back from seeing the place you'd like to see, then you should be well on your way to living your best life this summer.
