Local TV actress Nobuhle Mahlasela is encouraging body positivity not only to big girls, but for women of all shapes and sizes.
If you thought body positivity was aimed at thick girls only, think twice because Nobuhle is here is school you. Body positivity is a well-known term and is normally advocated for by curvy women but this not necessarily mean that it’s aimed at them only.
Taking to her Instagram page, 7de Laan actress Nobuhle shared her opinion about embracing her body as a “big girl” and also encouraged others regardless of their size and shape to also be body positive.
“Today I want to remind all the ladies big or small that your size does not determine who YOU are! You need to look after & embrace your body. Remember body positivity is not just about big girls it’s about different shapes & sizes of our bodies and how to love ourselves best!” She captioned the post.
