Another way to stay on your clean eating mission is to meal prep. Buy a bunch of veggies and stuff, and cook all at once. Pack it into skhafthins and dish up for yourself whenever you’re ready to eat.

You will fall off the wagon and eat what’s already there.
And while clean eating is definitely the way to go, the actress advises that this should be paired with some exercise.
“Also, it’s good to pair good eating with working out. You don’t always have to go to gym. You can run or skip for cardio and do resistance or HIIT training at home,” she suggested.

While exercise and eating clean are essential components to maintaining a healthy ‘summer body’, here are three more tips that will help to keep fit.
1. Hydrate – Drinking water has many benefits for the body and is essential for one’s heart health. Speaking to Heart.org , sports medicine physician, John Batson revealed how one can measure whether they are drinking enough water or not.
“The easiest thing to do is pay attention to the color of your urine. Pale and clear means you’re well hydrated. If it’s dark, drink more fluids,” he said.
2. Get enough rest – According to Healthline.com people who get a good amount of sleep are less likely to get fat, tend to eat less calories and can maximize athletic performance.
3. Focus on the core – A flat stomach is definitely one of the goals when trying to achieve a summer body and while strengthening the core can result in great looking abs, LifeHack.org suggests that working the core will help keep your entire body together as a strong core is important for performing any physical activity.
