Anyone who’s ever been a victim of bodyshaming or cyberbullying can attest to the long-term side effects this has on self-confidence and mental health.

But health and fitness blogger Chessie King is breaking your perfect Instagram feed in the most unconventional way.

The London-based social media influencer also recently shared a quirky but informative video about cyberbullying on YouTube.

In the video, she addresses trolls who frequently flood her inbox with bodyshaming comments such as “She’s so fat” and “You have an ugly face.”

In response, Chessie cheekily Photoshops her pictures to fit the rude comments.

Writing in the Telegram, the 26-year-old got candid about growing up with insecurities and how she’s learnt to overcome them.

“I speak at schools about everything from acne to body confidence, to losing my hearing in one ear. It has taken me years to get to where I am now,” she writes.
