There aren’t many female graffiti artists in an industry known for it's macho crew culture but Nardstar, a Cape Town local has managed not only stay true to herself and her artistic style but also earn her place and respect. One of a handful of South African female graffiti artists Nardstar is known for vibrancy, boldness, clean lines and honest portraiture. Her murals can be found in New York, Paris and her hometown. “I’ve always refused to believe that I wouldn’t be able to do something because I’m female,” says Nardstar.
adidas is also all about being self confident, finding your own path and not making any compromises. The EQT range that launched this August in SA stands for “everything that is essential and nothing that is not”.
With its roots in the 90s and its eyes on current developments, the adidas EQT is a sneaker combining the past with the future and creating a distinct look for the now.
