Johnny Depp got married and we were not prepared

accreditation
So Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are so in love and happy, they couldn't wait a few days to get married.

According to E!Online, the couple who were supposed to get married this weekend, have tied the knot ahead of schedule on Depp's private island in the Bahamas.

Normally this would be an "awwww" moment, but when you are mentally preparing yourself for the loss of one of the sexiest men alive to marriage, something like this can really take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions.

The way we feel about this sneak attack wedding (and yes it does feel like an attack) can only be summed up by the various, quirky and brilliant  characters that Depp has portrayed.

Here is the emotional process we went through upon hearing the "good news".

I've lost my mind...

We knew Johnny Depp was GETTING married, not that he already was. Springing this news on us before we could mentally process it made us feel like we were going crazy. Surely the internet was malfunctioning? I mean Johnny wouldn't just get married early, he spent so long avoiding it!

Denying the truth

Even though it was pretty clear that the internet wasn't broken and Johnny and Amber are officially man and wife, we still convinced ourselves that it wasn't true. We blocked out all of the signs and pretended that we not heartbroken.

The harsh reality hit...

Eventually, we realised that we couldn't deny the truth. It came crashing in like a wave and resulted in an inappropriate outburst of emotion and panic.

We turned to the only solution - booze

Because that's what you do when your hear is broken, you drink.

We couldn't hold back our tears

And all we want is to be held - by Johnny

But this can never happen because he is officially someone else's husband.
